The ARHCA is now re-publishing with permission the Asphalt Index Price for delivery at Edmonton produced by the BC Roadbuilders Association.  The methodology for collecting and averaging secure data meets with the approval of the Government of British Columbia who requested the BC Roadbuilders provide this service.

As the BC Government has right to audit the process and suppliers are confident in the security of the process, duplication of this exercise by the ARHCA is unnecessary.
